Purchasing Support Specialist

As a Purchasing Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will encompass sourcing and ordering materials, components, and finished goods to meet production and sales demands.

Your expertise will be invaluable in coordinating with internal teams, including design, production, sales, and operations, to guarantee timely delivery and resolve any supply chain issues that may arise.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate purchasing records, tracking incoming shipments, and communicating effectively with vendors to confirm order status and resolve any discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Degrees or certifications (e.g., APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional) is a plus
  • 1–2 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
