We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Teradyne. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first level technical assistance to customers, catering inquiries related to hardware and software applications.

This includes managing the daily workload through an incident tracking system and recording the problem resolution into a knowledge management system. The ideal candidate must have strong communication and customer relationship skills.

  • Collaborate with field and divisional groups to create process documentation and participate in continuous improvement work.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Mechatronics or other Engineering related fields with minimum 1-year technical experience.
  • Previous experience in a customer-service role is a plus.
  • Knowledge and comprehension of hardware systems.
  • Ability to use MS Office Word, Excel, Access.
  • Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills.
