Job Summary

A dynamic and ambitious professional is sought to support the recruitment process for software and technology roles in the UK and Ireland, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough interviews and creating comprehensive candidate overviews for submission to hiring managers and clients.
  • Meting daily and weekly targets for CVs sent and interviews booked.
  • Attending job briefings and discovery calls with hiring managers to understand their requirements.
Requirements
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
  • Proven experience in recruitment sourcing, preferably in software and technology roles.
  • 1-2 years of experience specifically in recruitment for mid-to-executive level positions in leadership, sales, marketing, software development, and project management.
  • Able to work towards targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience in the vendor or recruitment agency industry is advantageous.
