Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in growing our global network of recruitment partners, ensuring student enrollment targets are met while building lasting, strategic relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a global portfolio of recruitment agencies.
  • Source and sign new agents in strategic international markets.
  • Conduct business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications.
  • Travel to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships.
  • Monitor agency performance and optimize conversion rates.
  • Track activities, leads, and commissions using CRM software.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, contribute ideas, and hit KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management or international recruitment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably) and data-informed decision making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts.
  • Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset.
