The key responsibility of this role is to develop a 3-year integrated service strategy specifically for Broadband and B2B services. This includes creating a network plan that meets current and future business needs and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage the overall service strategy for Broadband and B2B services.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of the service strategy with the company's objectives and goals.
- Secure approval and communicate the service strategy, including changes, benefits, and risks, to executives and key stakeholders.
- Manage CAPEX at the network level, including prioritization, forecasting, and management of strategic CAPEX pivots/reallocations.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end network architecture, ensuring it is scalable, cost-effective, resilient, secure, sustainable, operationally efficient, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Director-level experience in service planning and delivery.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in CAPEX management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of network architecture and design principles.
