Enhance User Experiences by Designing Innovative Solutions

A visionary organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to contribute to its product strategy and elevate user interactions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in executing complex design tasks, conducting user research, creating design deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This is a full-time role on a US shift in a Work from Home setup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic input and break down complex tasks for efficient execution.
  • Lead user research, recruit participants, facilitate discussions, and present findings.
  • Develop heuristic evaluations, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to address user needs.
  • Write effective UI copy and contribute to the design system.
  • Identify usability issues and prioritize improvements with product managers.
  • Communicate design rationales in relation to customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and lead workshops to create an inclusive user experience.
  • Deliver projects on time, articulating their impact to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in UX design, with 1-2 years at a senior level.
  • Proven experience with low-fi to hi-fi design processes.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive environment and collaborate across disciplines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and expertise in Figma.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Interest or experience in sales channel integration, fulfillment, warehouse management, and/or inventory management systems.
