UX Strategist for Omnichannel Fulfillment

We are looking for a highly skilled UX Strategist to contribute to our product strategy and enhance user interactions in the field of omnichannel fulfillment.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and in a Work from Home setup.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing complex design tasks, conducting user research, creating design deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create an inclusive user experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide strategic input and break down complex tasks for efficient execution.
  • Lead user research, recruit participants, facilitate discussions and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop heuristic evaluations, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to address user needs and prioritize improvements with product managers.
  • Write effective UI copy and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Identify usability issues and communicate design rationales in relation to customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and lead workshops to create an intuitive user experience.
  • Deliver projects on time, articulating their impact to stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years in UX design, with 1-2 years at a senior level.
  • Proven experience with low-fi to hi-fi design processes.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive environment and collaborate across disciplines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and expertise in Figma.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

  • Interest or experience in sales channel integration, fulfillment, warehouse management, and/or inventory management systems.
