Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to partner directly with clients and delivery teams to translate business requirements into pixel-perfect, branded UIs.


The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of client-facing apps or websites, proven track record of delivering high-quality UI/UX under deadlines, expert command of design systems, style guides, and brand application, exceptional attention to detail in visuals, micro-interactions, and handoff specs.

They will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and concepts, ensuring pixel-perfect visuals, smooth interactions, and strict adherence to brand/design-system standards, conducting rapid usability checks and delivering value-driven refinements on tight timelines.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, insurance industry experience is a bonus but not required.
