Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and SEO-savvy digital download manager to lead our storefront operations.

  • Upload and manage listings for downloadable products such as planners, templates, and worksheets on Etsy.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for search engine optimization.
  • Write compelling product titles, descriptions, and tags that are fully optimized for search visibility and customer engagement.
  • Ensure seamless file delivery and troubleshoot any access issues.
  • Design or coordinate product visuals using design software.
  • Monitor shop analytics and adjust listings to improve traffic and conversion.
  • Stay current with updates on Etsy's algorithm, SEO trends, and marketplace policies.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing an Etsy shop with digital products.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword tools, and listing optimization.
  • Familiarity with digital file formats and delivery automation.
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design software.
  • Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
