**Job Title:** Digital Marketing Strategist

We're seeking a creative and results-driven professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Strategist. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to grow reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans aligned with brand objectives.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, and stories) that resonates with our audience.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging in conversations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
