About this role

We are looking for a Digital Content Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, emotionally attuned to voice and message, and excited to co-create meaningful content that resonates.

As a Digital Content Producer, you will work closely with the founder to shape how content is edited, shared, and experienced across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Your key responsibilities will include editing and producing short-form and long-form video content, repurposing podcast content into engaging social visuals, supporting graphic design for social content, and assisting with writing and drafting captions and content copy.

You will also plan and schedule social media content and podcast publishing timelines, and collaborate closely with the founder to execute bold, creative content ideas.

To be successful in this role, you will need 2-3 years of experience in creative content and media creation and execution, proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro, and familiarity with graphic design software like Canva.

Prior freelance projects or personal creative work in media, storytelling, or content creation are an advantage.
