In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content that meets our standards for engagement, retention, and click-through rates.
Your Key Responsibilities- Pitch innovative video ideas that captivate our audience
- Create compelling story cuts from recorded footage
- Develop engaging intro edits for our videos
- Maintain a consistent workflow to meet our production goals
- Excellent storytelling and writing skills
- Strong understanding of video production principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Monday: Focus on first draft story cut and finalize 2 approved idea's (long + short form)
- Tuesday: Analyze data, learn from it in team, write 5 approved intro scripts, and finalize 2 approved idea's (long + short form)
- Thursday: Finalize 5 approved intro edits and finalize 2 approved idea's (long + short form)
- Friday: Finalize 1 approved story cut and finalize 2 approved idea's (long + short form)
