Job Description
  • Create compelling visual and video content that captivates audiences across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms
  • Plan, schedule, and publish posts with impactful hooks and CTAs to drive engagement and growth
  • Collaborate on social media strategy and content calendars to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide insightful reporting on growth trends
  • Stay abreast of fitness and social media trends to maintain content freshness and relevance
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of experience in social media management and/or content creation
  • Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Reels, Stories, TikToks, etc.)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and attention-grabbing visuals
  • Familiarity with fitness, lifestyle, or wellness brands (strong plus)
  • Proactive self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of social media best practices and algorithm trends
