Scope and Responsibilities:

  1. Securely counter/deliver the documents/S.I and DR's to client.
  2. Make sure that the client signs all the receiving documents.
  3. Counter-checked documents that received from the client.
  4. Deposits all dated cheques and cash.
  5. Counter-checked the cheque collected (Payee names and Amount)
  6. Preparation and receiving of documents.
  7. Segregations of Sales Invoice/Delivery per customer per counter.
  8. Make daily itinerary for customers counter and collections.
  9. Liquidated daily gasoline expenses.
  10. Preparation of documents for countered and collection cheques to turn over by credit and collection in-charge.

Education and Training Requirements:

  • Preferably graduate of any 4-year business course
  • With driver/s license RC # 1&2

Skills Requirement:

  • Preferably with experience as field collector
  • With good written and oral communication skills.
