Project Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Planning: Develop structured workflows, process documentation, and scalable systems for efficient project management.
  • Scheduling and Priority Management: Coordinate calendars, appointments, and digital events across time zones, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Project Coordination: Utilize Trello and Google Sheets to manage weekly task boards, facilitate team alignment through regular check-ins, and lead discussions to resolve issues promptly.
  • Creative Content Development: Repurpose Loom/Yard Stream videos into text-based assets, compose professional emails, captions, bios, and content drafts aligned with brand voice.
  • Marketing and Sales Strategy: Design and monitor high-converting digital ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance campaigns, leveraging AI or automation tools to optimize performance and conversion tracking.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in supporting founders or managing projects in a startup or remote setting.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with AI and modern automation tools.
