Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion.

This is a remote position with flexible working hours, allowing for a great work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential construction, particularly townhouses, single-family homes, and small apartments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project budgets, subcontractors, and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate pre-construction activities, bid preparation, and project timelines.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and budgets, addressing risks and issues.
  • Manage subcontractors, laborers, and materials to ensure timely progress.
  • Monitor and report on project status, resolving delays or issues.
  • Manage project schedules, scope, and inspections required by authorities.
  • Utilize project management software for task management and reporting.
  • Maintain documentation and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
  • Handle financial aspects such as estimating, change orders, and project closeout.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4 to 6 years of construction or project management experience or equivalent education.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience in residential construction, particularly townhouses, single-family homes, and small apartments.
  • Effective communication skills with subcontractors, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Ability to prepare and track project timelines and budgets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • A team player willing to work in a fast-paced, growing business.
