Virtual Receptionist Role

This is a home services client-facing position requiring exceptional communication skills, empathy, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls and address inquiries from clients regarding various home services.
  • Maintain a professional tone while interacting with clients and adhere to their preferred greeting protocol.
  • Utilize CRM/scheduling platforms to book appointments for clients efficiently.
  • Take detailed call summary notes, including essential contact information, reasons for inquiry, and relevant details.
  • Ensure accurate transmission of call notes to clients after each interaction.
Working Requirements:
  • A stable high-speed internet connection (at least 40 Mbps) for seamless communication.
  • An Intel i3 processor computer with 8 GB RAM for efficient task management.
  • A reliable backup power source for uninterrupted work flow.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including answering calls, taking notes, and sending follow-up messages or emails.
  • Confidence in communicating directly with clients to confirm directions and receive feedback.
