Account Manager Job Overview

An Account Manager plays a pivotal role in client communication and project coordination. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and the potential to grow into sales roles.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary contact for existing clients, handling requests, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Coordinate scheduling by relaying service requests and confirming details with clients.

  • Track project status and provide timely updates to clients.
  • Maintain records of POs, invoices, and scheduling in platforms like BuilderTrend.
  • Document workflows (daily, monthly, annual) to support onboarding and standardization.
  • Complete recurring tasks such as weekly emails consistently and on schedule.
  • Support business growth through outreach and identify opportunities for sales growth.
Collaborative Team Environment

This role will be an essential part of a close-knit team that collaborates daily to maintain high standards of execution and client satisfaction. You'll interact with leadership, scheduling staff, and external clients to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
