As a professional in purchasing and accounts management, you will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or accounts management, with strong understanding of financial software, ERP systems, and procurement tools.

Responsibilities include:

  • Procurement & Purchasing: Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage inventory tracking.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, oversee contract agreements, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Order Processing: Handle purchase orders, ensure accurate records, and manage inventory levels.
  • Accounts Management: Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in purchasing, procurement, or accounts management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of financial software, ERP systems, and procurement tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with vendors and internal teams.
