
Remote Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional customer support via live chats and emails. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, building long-lasting relationships with customers through proactive and empathetic communication, meeting performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support via live chats and emails
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers through proactive and empathetic communication
- Meet performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and industry trends
- Work securely with customers' sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Upper intermediate proficiency in Chinese and English (B2 level)
- At least 6 months of experience in customer support
- Experience with live chats and emails
- Personal or professional experience in crypto
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk
