Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as a mobile support specialist. This individual will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues related to iOS and Android SDKs.

Responsibilities:
  • Issue Resolution: Reproduce, debug, and escalate mobile-specific issues in partnership with Engineering and Product.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical expert and initial escalation point for our iOS and Android SDKs.
  • Developer Collaboration: Work directly with mobile developers to troubleshoot integration problems and share implementation best practices.
  • Crash Investigation: Investigate crashes, performance issues, and unexpected app behavior related to the Ditto SDK.
  • Live Escalations: Respond to live escalations and production incidents, coordinating with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
  • 24/7 On-Call: Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support critical customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Complex Issue Solving: Strong track record of solving complex technical issues in mobile development or developer support environments.
  • Platform Knowledge: Deep knowledge of iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java) development, with hands-on experience debugging app or SDK behavior.
  • Mobile SDK Experience: Experience supporting or integrating mobile SDKs in production environments.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to break down ambiguous technical problems, form clear hypotheses, and drive them to resolution.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear expectation-setting with customers.
  • Continual Learning: Mindset geared toward continual learning and technical growth, regardless of job title or years in role.
