As a seasoned professional in international workforce transitions, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of global mobility, ensuring seamless compliance and enhancing the employee experience across borders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of international workforce transitions, including immigration and relocation programs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Global Mobility standards for long-term and short-term assignments, permanent relocations, external hires, and project workers.
  • Foster effective stakeholder relationships globally to drive business growth and support career progression.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in Global Mobility areas, such as immigration matters, employer taxes, and relocation management.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and People teams to manage expatriate cycles and provide cost projections.
  • Stay up-to-date on Global Mobility trends and be the main point of contact for APAC immigration matters.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in all aspects of Global Mobility, including immigration, tax, payroll, mobilizations, and relocation management. They should possess strong analytical thinking and responsiveness to dynamic business environments.
