Operational Support Lead

Description

We seek a seasoned operational expert to drive strategic planning and execution for our Application Support function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing day-to-day operations, overseeing teams, and ensuring productivity.

Key responsibilities include monitoring the health status of products, identifying exceptional cases, and initiating repair processes when necessary. Additionally, this role involves analyzing industry trends and customer needs to inform product development enhancements.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing technical issues faced by customers, establishing end-to-end service delivery, and providing training to internal employees and customers as needed. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with strong electronics/technical experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, including team management and growth.
  • Experience in System Integrator (SI) or SaaS platforms is advantageous.
  • Proven incident and troubleshooting management expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on, can-do attitude with technical independence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
