Job Overview

The Email Solutions Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting account managers and contributing to the marketing department's smooth operations.

This is a key position that requires a proactive, strong communicator with well-organized skills and an understanding of email deliverability best practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using leading platforms, providing guidance on sender reputation management, authentication, and IP management, troubleshooting email-related issues with customers and internal teams, educating customers on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), collaborating with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback, creating and managing visual email automation workflows within chosen platforms and Google Slides, conducting training sessions and creating documentation for user adoption and success, and monitoring email performance metrics and recommending strategies for improved engagement and deliverability.



Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using leading platforms.
  2. Provide guidance on sender reputation management, authentication, and IP management.
  3. Troubleshoot email-related issues with customers and internal teams.
  4. Educate customers on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  5. Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
  6. Create and manage visual email automation workflows within chosen platforms and Google Slides.
  7. Conduct training sessions and create documentation for user adoption and success.
  8. Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies for improved engagement and deliverability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in email operations or related roles at SaaS companies or digital agencies.
  • Experience with email analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with API integrations related to email services.
Work Environment

A home office setup is required with a stable internet connection, backup internet, computer, noise-cancelling headset, power backup, dual monitor, and camera.

Additional Information

This is a full-time role that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
