About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled customer service professional with expertise in communication and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in:

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive knowledge of customer interactions, including CRM and support systems.
  2. Design and implement effective communication strategies for lead generation, customer engagement, and support.
  3. Create visually appealing content tailored for use in customer-facing campaigns and assets.
  4. Optimize customer experiences by designing and customizing landing pages while adhering to modern design principles.
  5. Build workflow templates for multi-level campaigns, including automated actions and triggers.
  6. Conceptualize and implement campaigns that achieve client goals.
  7. Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines by demonstrating organizational skills and efficiency.
  8. Display attention to detail in both execution and creative tasks combined with a customer-centric mindset.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to customer interactions.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to align on objectives and deliverables.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent English proficiency is required.
  2. Candidates must be tech savvy.
  3. All candidates are required to have attended college.
  4. Mid-level candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  5. Strong attention to detail is essential.
