Lead Accounting Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced accounting professional to lead our team of accountants in delivering high-quality services to our clients. As a Lead Accounting Professional, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of accountants, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and Supervise Team Members: Oversee the work of a team of accountants, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Ensure Timely Completion of Tasks: Coordinate with team members to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure that all accounting processes and procedures are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Analyze Financial Data: Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and Implement Processes: Develop and implement new accounting processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance: A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
  • Professional Certification: A professional certification in accounting, such as CPA, is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle, is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance: A master's degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
  • Advanced Technical Skills: Advanced technical skills, such as programming languages or data analytics tools, are desired.
  • Leadership Experience: Prior leadership experience is highly valued.
