
Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer support, ideally covering graveyard/off-hours, and possess excellent written English skills.
Key responsibilities include responding to inbound tickets and live chat inquiries from clients during off-hours, troubleshooting basic issues or user confusion, and designing, drafting, and implementing workflows for support operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a human-centered support experience as the company continues to grow. Immediate tasks in the first 30 days include onboarding, knowledge base deep dive, communication calibration, test tickets & chat drills, and start live coverage by end of Week 1.
Must-haves include neutral English accent, prior experience in customer support, tech-savvy with ability to learn new platforms quickly, strong attention to detail, and comfort following established procedures. Nice-to-haves include background in software development or B2B services, experience handling ticketing/live chat platforms, familiarity with SaaS onboarding flows and knowledge base creation, and prior exposure to professional services.
