Financial Services Representative

We are seeking a dynamic Loan Specialist to join our team at Autopay. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in providing direct-to-consumer auto finance and refinance solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by interacting with customers to understand their needs and offering tailored auto finance and refinance options.
- Facilitating the loan application process from start to finish, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our products to effectively offer and explain additional options to customers.
- Developing sales skills to effectively present benefits of loan options and sell additional products.
You will work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with an associates or bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on communication of channel operations.
- A basic understanding of math concepts, including computation skills.
- A high level of organization, with the ability to manage your time, energy, and workspace effectively.
- Detailed analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
