Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who excels in simplifying complex systems, reducing handoffs, and eliminating waste.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving process improvements, partnering with cross-functional teams, and leveraging AI-enhanced service environments to achieve breakthrough results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and drive initiatives to improve operational effectiveness
  • Partner with QA, analytics, data science, and frontline teams to gather insights and validate opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with Business Applications to ensure solution designs represent a shift and are aligned with business intent
  • Support design, decision tree logic, and automation flows when needed
  • Track performance metrics to evaluate the success of initiatives and identify opportunities for further innovation
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in service operations, continuous improvement, or CX strategy
  • Strong process thinking and ability to simplify complex systems
  • Familiarity with AI- or automation-enhanced service environments and a vision for their potential
  • Comfortable leading discovery, facilitation, and cross-functional problem solving
  • Strong business judgment and ability to connect customer experience outcomes to operational mechanics and bottom-line impact
