Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, inventory, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure implementation of approved policies, procedures, and programs
  • Maintain smooth flow of food and beverage production and service during peak hours
  • Monitor adherence to company standards and ensure overall cleanliness of all branches
  • Direct the management team to attain high-level performance in their operations

Planning and Budgeting:

  • Provide General Manager with necessary information, analysis, and recommendations on achieving targets
  • Forecast realistic targets for each branch
  • Develop and submit plans for restaurant operations and manpower requirements

Budget Control and Cost Savings:

  • Achieve targeted sales and costs forecasts by investigating deviations and implementing corrective actions
  • Analyze operating costs and institute improvements for greater efficiency
  • Participate in productions costs by observing and advising the Kitchen Manager/ Restaurant Manager
  • Coordinate with Human Resources Department on manpower requisition and control

Safety and Security:

  • Ensure safety and security policies and procedures are in place
  • Advise Kitchen Manager/ Restaurant Manager and all departments on any safety and security malpractices
