Job Description

This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies that leverage influencers to drive engagement, boost conversions, and build brand awareness. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of developing influencer marketing plans that align with overall marketing objectives, brand goals, and measurable KPIs. They will identify and engage influencers who resonate with our target audience and campaign goals, cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with them, and oversee campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in influencer marketing, with a solid background in broader marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Special Requirements

Please note that this is not an entry-level position, and candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in influencer marketing. A personally owned PC or laptop with sufficient processing power and a reliable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speed are also required.
