- Resolve technical issues through calls, chat, and web portal in a high-volume call center environment that operates 24/7/365
- Diagnose hardware, software, printing, and network connectivity issues
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction and first call resolution
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Graduate degree in computer science or related field
- 2+ years of experience as ServiceDesk Analyst
- 2+ years of experience in inbound call handling
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
