As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to customers who need help with their plans, subscriptions, or services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate assistance: Offer tailored solutions that meet each customer's unique needs and circumstances.
  • Document interactions: Accurately record all customer conversations for future reference.
  • Adhere to client policies: Maintain awareness of industry regulations and client-specific guidelines.
  • Maintain professionalism: Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction, even in challenging situations.
Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or equivalent: A minimum educational requirement for this role.
  • Strong English language skills: Both spoken and written communication must be clear and effective.
  • BPO experience beneficial: While prior experience is advantageous, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Flexibility required: Willingness to work on-site in Mactan, Cebu, and adapt to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
