The Legal and Compliance Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the company's adherence to laws and regulations. This position requires a deep understanding of legal principles, compliance standards, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in documenting and maintaining records for the Legal and Compliance teams
  • Support audits and corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide operational support for the compliance program, ensuring seamless execution of processes
  • Offer basic assistance to the legal team, including reviewing simple non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and contracts, and providing contract intake support
  • Manage internal legal and compliance tools, including the contract management system
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure understanding and compliance with regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong English language skills and effective communication
  • College degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with or interest in Legal & Compliance, and standards and regulations
  • Strong desire to learn and self-starter mentality
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Capacity to work well within a team, communicate needs, provide constructive feedback, and jump in when needed
  • Autonomy to work independently and exercise sound judgment when required
