Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the execution and timely delivery of projects as an Associate Project Manager.

This role is critical for ensuring smooth project execution. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Agile methodologies, possess strong stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project administration tasks, including scheduling, tracking, and managing project documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.
  • Organize and run project meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist in defining project plans, milestones, activities, and resource requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with collaborative web-based tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good understanding of business processes.

The ideal candidate will have about 5+ years of experience and be comfortable running small to medium-sized projects end-to-end with support and guidance as needed.
