About the Role

As an Infrastructure Optimization Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and reliability of production systems. You will bridge the gap between development and operations, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Your expertise in monitoring, troubleshooting, and observability will be crucial for maintaining system health and performance, directly impacting business continuity and user satisfaction.

You will adhere to agreed Service Level Indicators (SLI) and Service Level Objectives (SLO), ensuring that systems meet performance and reliability standards.

Your skills in automation and scripting will further enhance efficiency, reducing manual intervention and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously improve infrastructure for scalability, security, and fault tolerance
  • Integrate DevOps methodology into development, deployment, and operations lifecycle
  • Develop clean and well-structured deployment, monitoring, and application management scripts
  • Enable rapid deployment of new product features while ensuring stability, high availability, and performance
  • Optimize infrastructure and phase out legacy systems
  • Monitor and proactively troubleshoot infrastructure resources
  • Ensure system security compliance with industry standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Scripting skills (Powershell, Bash, Python)
  • Advanced knowledge in RHEL, Windows, MQ
  • Advanced knowledge in TIBCO BusinessWorks and TIBCO EMS
  • Basic knowledge of XFB/CFT
  • Risk, Vulnerability, and LifeCycle Management
  • Incident and Change Management
  • Azure Devops, CI/CD, Ansible, Jenkins
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle RDBMS and Cassandra DB
  • Experience with Monitoring tools (ElasticSearch, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus)
