Job Description
  • Implement and maintain robust network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with the Network Administrator and/or Infrastructure Management and Security Head to address performance, security, and environmental issues in data centers.
  • Conduct regular backups of configuration files and perform swift restoration when necessary.
  • Install, configure, and test network hardware in conjunction with Systems Administration and implement upgrades to maintain service continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance on network facilities and data centers as scheduled and provide status reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including weekly accomplishment reports and other required network-related reports.
  • Recommend network upgrades and improvements, ensuring compliance with security protocols and risk management standards.
  • Support the continuity of network operations, including data centers, test environments, mobile connectivity, internet access, and office network infrastructure.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years work experience in technical support or service desk.
  • Ability to work onsite.
