We are seeking a talented Network Security Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

This entry-level position is focused on securing network environments and protecting IT infrastructure from cyber threats.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring networks and systems, detecting security threats, analyzing alarms, and reporting on threats and intrusion attempts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and Responding to Security Alerts: Monitor and respond to security alerts from various technologies such as SIEM, IDS, EDR, and direct security reports within established SLA.
  • Triage, Analysis, and Investigation: Perform triage, analysis, and investigation following established processes and playbooks.
  • Incident Response and Review: Assist with incident response and post-incident reviews.
  • Security-Related Service Requests: Respond to security-related service requests.
  • Security Investigations: Conduct security investigations using historical data across multiple environments.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, IT, and Information Security teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Ability to work on shift rotation, including weekends and nights.
  • Passion for cybersecurity and interest in IT.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity risks and management strategies.
  • Knowledge of security technologies such as firewalls, host intrusion prevention, and anti-virus.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
