Job Overview

The Remote Production Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless production workflow and exceptional client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Efficiently coordinate with creatives, manage the client's production schedule, and guarantee timely completion of tasks.
  • Regularly monitor progress and provide updates to the client and senior management.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet quality standards and make data-driven decisions based on sentiment analysis and ticket feedback ratings.
  • Cultivate cross-functional relationships with Quality Specialists to ensure design excellence and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Determine Design Time for all requests assigned to the team by collaborating with Team Coordinators, Quality Specialists, and Production Specialists.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Possess a deep understanding of the creative development and production process.
  • Display excellent coordination skills, working effectively with diverse stakeholders and maintaining attention to detail and organizational prowess.
  • Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as project and relationship management proficiency.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in business-level English enables collaboration with cross-functional and international teams.
Bonus Requirements
  • Prior experience coordinating creative teams, preferably in an agency setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of the creative process and its contributing factors.
  • Track record of successfully coordinating creative projects to meet client expectations.
