- Proven experience in managing creative teams, particularly designers, in a leadership capacity
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to translate complex client needs into clear, actionable tasks
- Proficient in using Asana, Google Drive, Dropbox, and other project management tools
- Strong communication skills and proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and consistency
