Job Description

As a senior digital designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective digital marketing assets that captivate diverse audiences across multiple markets and brands. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our organization and elevating our online presence.

This dynamic position requires a highly skilled individual who can seamlessly adapt to various platforms, manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality design work against tight deadlines. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive digital creativity standards and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Create visually stunning digital assets, including social media graphics, display ads, and CRM materials.
  • Leverage your conceptual thinking to forge new and exciting digital ideas that align with our business objectives.
  • Design engaging digital storyboards and animations to bring our brand to life.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing workflows to ensure efficient execution and timely delivery.

Requirements:
  • BA degree or equivalent required.
  • 6+ years experience in a creative agency or design-led consumer brand.
  • Strong portfolio in digital design showcasing versatility and innovation.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, mobile-first design, and web standards.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and design systems.
