Key Responsibilities- Work closely with assigned clients to select the most suitable staff for each assignment.
- Recruit, onboard, and train promotional staff via phone and email.
- Coordinate and manage chosen promotional staff for nationwide assignments.
- Evaluate and process promotional staff after completion of each assignment.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and talent alike.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred.
- Ideal experience: 2-5+ years in customer service, marketing, communications, or event staffing.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, or equivalent Google software.
- Ability to communicate effectively over phone and email.
- A reliable, determined, and self-motivated individual is needed.
- Open availability is required; standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern Time, with follow-up outside office hours as necessary.
