Australian Payroll Professional Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Australian Payroll professional to join our team. As a key member of the payroll function, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through accurate and timely payroll processing.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by providing expert payroll support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, reconciling, filing/lodging, and paying PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, IRD, Kiwi Saver, and all statutory requirements for Australia and New Zealand entities.
- Ensuring compliance with government statutory requirements.
- Conducting audits of all payroll records.
- Familiarizing yourself with taxation of salaries, benefits, and other factors.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies/queries by collecting and analyzing information.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Payroll, and be instrumental in delivering positive employee experiences.
About YouWe are looking for someone with:
- At least 3 years experience in AUS payroll.
- Experience with payroll processing and wage attachment.
- Knowledge of Kronos, Oracle HR, payroll, and general ledger systems.
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills.
- Great interpersonal skills in working with diverse populations.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
