Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all menu items, prices, descriptions, and images are accurately represented in a digital format to enhance both the customer experience and business efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Convert merchants' physical menus and product lists into digital formats for integration into POS systems.
  • Collaborate with merchants to gather all relevant details such as items/services, descriptions, prices, and images, and ensure accurate representation in the POS system.
  • Ensure digital menus and lists are formatted correctly and optimized for merchants' specific POS interfaces.
  • Work closely with the technical support team to troubleshoot any issues related to menu or product display.
  • Assist merchants with configuring special features, such as discounts, promotions, or seasonal offerings, within the POS system.
