eClerx Philippines, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Cash Management Expert to join our team. As a Cash Management Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely management of cash flows.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cash Application: Execute the cash application process for outstanding customer invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate account reconciliations.
  2. Unapplied Cash Receipts: Review and clear unapplied cash receipts, resolving short and over payments, and verifying auto-applied cash transactions.
  3. Aging Reports: Assist in preparing aging reports and monitor collections of delinquent accounts, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
  4. Cash Forecasting: Analyze historical data to forecast future cash flows and ensure accurate budgeting.
  5. Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile cash transactions to general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field with at least 6 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, preferably SAP and SAGE.
  • Conversant in IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work in a Fixed Night Shift or Work-from-Home setup.
