Accounts Payable Professional

The role of Accounts Payable Representative is critical to the financial health and stability of any organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Classify invoices correctly with the proper general ledger account, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Process and record accounts payable transactions in QuickBooks Online and Rent Manager, leveraging tools for efficient operations.

  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, ensuring seamless payment processes.
  • Coordinate payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement of payments, maintaining positive relationships with vendors.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for audits, reporting, and decision-making purposes.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare reports on accounts payable activity, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts, to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
