About the Role
  • This is a multi-disciplinary position combining Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Information Technology responsibilities.
  • As we scale rapidly, this role serves as the operational foundation that enables our teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Core Billing and Revenue Management: Advanced billing management, revenue recognition leadership, contract analysis, and subscription management across multiple client segments.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Management reporting, performance analytics, variance analysis, and planning and forecasting.
  • Accounts Management: Accounts receivable management, accounts payable operations, vendor payments, expense management systems, and collections strategy.
  • Audit and Compliance: Internal audits, external audits, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.
Human Resources Support
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Hiring leadership, onboarding programs, and performance management.
Legal Compliance and Coordination
  • Compliance Management: Regulatory compliance, contract compliance, policy coordination, and risk management.
  • Legal Coordination: Contract review, risk management, documentation management, and system implementation.
Information Technology
  • Systems Management: Billing systems oversight, technology integration, system implementation, and system upgrades.
