Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Overview
MCI is seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to support our leadership teams as a Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative and clerical tasks to optimize productivity. This position offers many advancement opportunities.

About the Role
We are looking for an organized, positive, and personable candidate to contribute to our team. The ideal candidate would need to adjust to a fast-paced work environment. Your primary responsibilities will include performing a variety of administrative duties, answering emails and phone calls, providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts, creating content to post on social media channels, preparing presentations according to instructions given, making travel arrangements, maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail, anticipating the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience, and handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and records management.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and events using calendars and other tools.
  • Create and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office software.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • High-speed internet connection.
