Job Title: Virtual Marketing Support Specialist

This role is ideal for a highly organized and tech-savvy individual who is comfortable with direct communication and fast turnarounds. As a Virtual Marketing Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting a fast-moving entrepreneur with a mix of marketing, video editing, social media management, and general administrative tasks.

About the Job:

You will assist with email marketing, campaign creation, and digital promotions. You will create and edit short-form videos, reels, and marketing content using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Capcut, Vimeo, Zoom, Canva, Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Monday, Trello), and social media schedulers (e.g., Zapier, Hootsuite).

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Support: Assist with email marketing, campaign creation, and digital promotions
  • Video Editing: Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and marketing content
  • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and engage on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Admin Support: Manage calendars, emails, research tasks, and file organization
  • Content Creation: Help create visually aligned graphics and written content using brand guidelines

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or in a similar support role
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Capcut, Vimeo, Zoom, Canva, Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Monday, Trello), and social media schedulers (e.g., Zapier, Hootsuite)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Able to adapt quickly, take initiative, and follow through without constant supervision
