Job Opportunity: Virtual Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support client relationships, operational efficiency, and strategic execution. As a Virtual Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for client needs, addressing inquiries and ensuring a smooth, positive client experience from initial engagement to ongoing support.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a non-profit organization, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to foster trust and build strong relationships with clients. Your proactive approach will enable you to anticipate and address potential issues, ensuring seamless project coordination and timely delivery of results.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, and collaboration skills. They will also possess a positive attitude, honesty, and a personable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update CRM systems and other databases to ensure accurate donation records, contact information, and community data.
  • Update websites with event details, registration links, calendars, and graphics, utilizing drag-and-drop interfaces without advanced coding requirements.
  • Assist with drafting and distributing weekly community emails or announcements to promote classes, events, or initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce experience (NPSP a major plus)
  • Basic spreadsheet/Excel formulas and navigation (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Website management (e.g. SquareSpace, Ecwid, Wix)
